1. The standard cancellation policy for all vehicles will be 24 hours before a local pick-up time. For pick-ups outside of Galway, it's 36 hours plus applicable driving time from Galway city. 2. The cancellation policy for all other services including coaches, tour guides, coordinators, and greeters will be 48 hours before a local pick-up time. 3. For all booking cancellations on private tours, the following cancellation policy applies. o For all private tour bookings of 1-3 days or 7 days, notice must be provided. o For all private tour bookings of 3-5, 14 days, notice must be provided. o For all private tour bookings of 6 or more days, 28 days, notice must be provided. 4. “No Show” fees will be charged at the transfer rate for the service booked. 5. For a “No Show,” we will always try to make contact with the booking contact or passenger, if no contact is made with either of these the chauffeur will be instructed to leave. 6. Wedding car/bus transportation deposits are non-refundable within 12 months of the wedding date provided.
